Prime Containers Hub stands behind the quality of every container we sell. New and one-trip containers come with a 10-year structural warranty covering the frame, corner posts, roof, and floor structure against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Cargo-worthy used containers include a 5-year structural warranty. Wind-and-watertight (WWT) containers include a 2-year warranty guaranteeing the unit remains wind and watertight under normal storage conditions. As-is containers are sold without warranty.

Structural integrity of the frame, corner castings, cross members, and structural steel. Roof and floor integrity that affects weather tightness or load-bearing capacity. Factory-applied rust-resistant coating coverage for the warranty period specified at purchase.

Surface rust, cosmetic dents, scratches, or paint fade that does not affect structural integrity. Damage caused by improper handling, modification, accident, neglect, or exposure to corrosive environments. Normal wear and tear from moving, stacking, or job-site conditions.

To start a warranty claim, email Sales@primecontainershub.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. Our team will review and respond within two business days. Approved claims may be resolved by repair, replacement, or prorated credit at our discretion.
