All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are quoted at the time of order and include the container, selected options, shipping, and applicable tax. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

Payment in full is required before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery dates are estimates and depend on site readiness, carrier availability, and weather. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refunds Policy. Custom-modified, special-order, and as-is containers are non-refundable unless defective or otherwise required by law.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount paid for the container. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
